1. Free Shipping

We are excited to offer FREE shipping on all orders within India.

  • Shipping Locations: We deliver to all cities, towns, and regions across India.
  • Processing Time: Orders will typically be processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. In case of delays, you will be notified.
  • Shipping Carrier: We work with trusted and reliable courier services to ensure timely delivery. The courier service used may vary based on your location.

2. Delivery Time

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Orders are generally delivered within 5 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on your delivery address.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS to help you monitor your shipment.

3. Returns and Replacements - Shipping Responsibility

While we want you to be happy with your purchase, please be aware of the following conditions regarding returns and replacements:

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs when returning an item under the 14-day return policy.
    • Return Conditions: The product must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. If the product is opened or used, a 30% restocking fee will apply, and only 70% of the order amount will be refunded.
    • For sealed, unused items, you will receive a 90% refund, minus return shipping costs.
  • Replacement Shipping: If your product needs to be replaced (due to a defect covered under warranty), you are responsible for returning the product at your own shipping cost.
    • Once we receive the defective item, we will process the replacement at no additional shipping cost to you.

4. Warranty Claims - Shipping Responsibility

In the event you need to claim warranty for a defective product, please note the following:

  • Customer’s Responsibility: You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the defective product to us for evaluation.
  • Repair or Replacement: If the product is found to be defective and is covered under warranty, we will either repair or replace the product. The replacement product will be shipped to you at no extra cost.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Damage in Transit: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier service.
  • Lost Shipments: If your shipment is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days. We will initiate an investigation with the courier service.

6. Order Modifications

Once an order is placed, we process it quickly. Unfortunately, order modifications (such as changing the shipping address, items, etc.) can only be made before the order is dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot modify it.

7. Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, it may delay delivery or cause the package to be returned. You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to correct the address and reship the order.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If your package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any additional re-shipping charges.

8. Shipping Restrictions

While we offer free shipping to all locations within India, please note that in some remote areas, delivery might experience delays, or shipping charges may apply. If this affects your order, our customer service team will notify you with the appropriate details.
