Terms and Conditions of Warranty and Returns - Audionix

At Audionix, we strive to provide high-quality products that meet your expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair return and warranty policy that protects both you and us.
1. 14-Day No Questions Asked Return Policy
We believe in making your shopping experience as easy and stress-free as possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a No Questions Asked Return Policy within 14 days of receiving your product.
Return Conditions:
- The product must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging intact.
- Products must not be opened or used in any way (sealed items).
Return Process:
- Shipping Charges: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Restocking Fee: If the product has been opened or used, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Refund Amount: For unused, sealed items, a 90% refund will be provided after the return shipping cost is deducted.
- For opened or used items, only 70% of the order amount will be refunded.
No questions asked. Simply return it, and we’ll take care of the rest!
2. 1-Year Warranty
We are proud to offer a 1-year limited warranty on all products purchased from Audionix. This warranty covers manufacturer defects under normal use conditions.
What the warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects, such as malfunctions or failure to perform properly under normal use.
What the warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage (e.g., broken parts, cracked housing, water damage, etc.).
- Accidental damage or damage due to misuse (e.g., dropping, improper handling).
- Battery wear-out or performance degradation after prolonged use.
- Loss of accessories (e.g., charging cables, ear tips, etc.).
How to make a warranty claim:
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original order number or receipt.
- Defect Details: Provide a detailed description of the issue, and photos may be requested for further verification.
Warranty Service Fees:
- Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims: If the product is defective and you wish to claim warranty, you are responsible for the shipping costs to return the product to us.
- Warranty Processing Fee: A small processing fee (to be determined based on the product) may be charged for warranty claims to cover the cost of evaluation and repair. This will be communicated to you before the warranty claim is processed.
Important Note Regarding Refunds and Warranty Claims:
- If you choose to request a refund instead of proceeding with the warranty claim and decline to pay the processing fee or shipping charges required for the warranty claim, your warranty will be revoked.
- The product will not be covered under the warranty, and no further warranty claims will be processed for that item. If a refund is requested, it will be processed under the 14-Day Return Policy, and applicable fees (such as restocking or return shipping) will apply.
Once the warranty claim is processed and the product is determined to be defective, we will either repair or replace the product at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed unless the product cannot be repaired or replaced.
3. Warranty Service
If your product is defective and covered under warranty:
- We may offer a repair of the defective product.
- If the product is beyond repair, we will replace it with the same model or equivalent.
- Warranty claims are handled through our customer support team to ensure efficient resolution.
4. Additional Notes
A. Warranty Extension (Optional):
For those interested in extended peace of mind, you can purchase an Extended Warranty Plan, which provides coverage beyond the first year. Please contact us for details.
B. Warranty Exclusions:
Damage caused by third-party modifications, unauthorized repairs, or misuse (such as exposure to water, impact damage, or dropping) is not covered under the warranty.
5. How to Return a Product
If you need to return a product for a refund or warranty service, please follow the steps below:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos.
- Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the product and return it to us. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
6. Shipping and Handling
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for any shipping charges for returns and warranty claims.
- Processing Time: Please allow 7–10 business days for us to process your return or warranty claim after receiving the product.
7. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or updated on our website.
